The ultrafine pulverizer is used when ordinary crushing is not enough and a much finer powder is required.
The machine combines high-speed crushing with particle classification. Fine powder can leave the grinding area quickly, while larger particles stay for further processing.

How It Works
Material enters the grinding chamber and meets the high-speed rotating parts.
Impact and shearing forces break the material down. After grinding, the airflow carries the finer particles toward the classification section.
With an Ultrafine Pulverizer, particles that meet the required size can be collected, while coarser material remains in the grinding area.
The actual powder fineness depends on the material and machine setup, so we prefer to confirm this before recommending a configuration.
Machine Structure
The machine has a fairly straightforward structure.
The main parts include the feeding section, grinding chamber, classifier, collection system and electrical control unit.
The grinding chamber handles the main crushing work. The classification section controls which particles move toward the collection side.
Cyclone separation or dust collection can be added when required by the production line. Contact parts can also be selected according to the material and working conditions.

Applications
This Ultra Fine Powder Grinder can be used for dried herbs, herbal materials, spices, food ingredients and some chemical raw materials.
For example, a conventional grinder may be enough for coarse processing of dried herbs. If the customer needs a much finer powder, an ultrafine grinding process becomes more suitable.
Material behavior also matters. Heat-sensitive materials, materials with higher moisture, and applications with strict hygiene requirements may need different configurations.
