Product Description
The High-Efficiency Universal Pulverizer is designed for grinding and powdering dry materials.
The complete unit consists of a pulverizing machine, collecting system and dust collector.
The compact layout makes the equipment easy to operate.
The finished powder can be collected directly after grinding, which helps reduce manual handling.
Working Principle
The Universal Pulverizer uses the high-speed relative movement between the rotating and fixed grinding discs.
Material is crushed by impact, shearing and friction inside the grinding chamber.
Different screen sizes can be used to adjust the final particle size.
Dust generated during grinding is collected through the dust collection system.
Structure
The machine mainly includes a feeding inlet, grinding chamber, rotating grinding parts, screen, discharge outlet and dust collection unit.
The product-contact parts can be made of stainless steel such as SUS304 or SUS316L.
