The vibrating screen sifter consists of a hopper, an oscillating chamber, a coupling, and a motor. The oscillating chamber is composed of an eccentric wheel, rubber software, a main shaft, and bearings. The adjustable eccentric weight is driven by the motor to the center line of the main shaft. In an unbalanced state, centrifugal force is generated to change the strength of the material to form an orbital vortex in the screen. The amplitude of the weight regulator can be adjusted according to different materials and screens.

Working principle
The core principle of the vibrating screen is "the vibration force generated by the vibrator guides the material to do the screening movement".
1. Vibrator drive
After the electric vibrator or vibration motor is started, a high-frequency vibration force will be generated. This force acts on the screen box along the preset direction (straight or circular).
2. Screen box vibration
The screen box vibrates periodically under the action of vibration force, driving the material to jump and slide on the screen. The material particles are restricted by the screen aperture during movement. Particles smaller than the screen aperture pass through the screen, and particles larger than the screen aperture are blocked.
3. Material classification is completed
After a certain period of vibration screening, the material is divided into different levels according to the particle size and discharged from different outlets, achieving the purpose of automatic classification and screening.
