It is a new process for domestic drug production. Through drug coating, the quality and validity of the drug are guaranteed.
Working Principle
The core (micro-pellets, pellets or tablets, etc.) moves in a complex trajectory under the action of the streamlined guide plate in a clean and closed rotating drum, and the coating dressing is automatically sprayed according to the process parameters. At the same time, under negative pressure, hot air is introduced from one side of the gas distribution pipe in the center of the drum. The clean hot air passes through the core layer and the duckbill-shaped paddles with small holes buried in the core are collected and discharged to the other side of the gas distribution pipe, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the core is quickly and evenly dried, thereby forming a solid, dense, flat and smooth surface film on the surface of the core.
