Working Principle
Material enters through the hopper and is processed by two oscillating rotors. The rotors press and shear the material against the screen. The material passes through the screen holes to form uniform granules. The Double Head Oscillating Granulator works with two processing channels at the same time.
Structure
The machine mainly consists of a frame, hopper, two oscillating rotors, screen, transmission system and motor. The screen can be removed and replaced for different particle sizes. The double-head structure supports continuous sizing operations.
