The MB-S-F series space sterilization ozone generator is in the form of a unit. It has absorbed advanced technologies at home and abroad and has been carefully refined. It is mainly composed of compressed air and purification treatment system, ozone generation system, ozone power supply system, control system, ozonated gas application system, etc. The single-machine ozone output is 0.5-2Kg/h, and the ozone outlet concentration is 30-120mg/L. Compared with existing large machines at home and abroad, it has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, stable operation, and low energy consumption.
Application
Municipal tap water deep treatment; sewage treatment; reclaimed water reuse treatment; chemical oxidation synthesis; pulp bleaching; waste gas and wastewater treatment; industrial cooling water treatment; swimming pool, landscape water treatment; pharmaceutical, food industry and other fields.

Product features
The Mengbo ozone generation chamber is installed horizontally and can be directly placed on the ground, installed on the foundation, or fixed on the shelf; due to the horizontal installation and the sealing plate at the end, it can be easily inspected and repaired. The effective service life reaches more than 15 years.

Characteristics of the discharge chamber
The discharge body is arranged in a honeycomb shape inside, and each group of high-voltage electrodes has an independent fuse to ensure the normal, reliable and effective operation of the discharge chamber as a whole.
1. The refined 1Cr18NI9Ti stainless steel electrode tube has its inner surface finely ground to ensure the geometric accuracy and surface quality of the inner surface of the electrode.
2. The finely processed special TDA titanium enamel discharge body inner electrode uses a unique nano formula and professional low-carbon steel, etc., and is sintered at 1400℃. Strict process requirements and fine machining methods ensure the geometric accuracy of the outer surface.
3. The cooling water inside the discharge chamber adopts a unique diversion design to improve the cooling effect, and the water temperature in the discharge chamber is uniform.
4. The rigorous assembly process is to ensure that the gap between the inner electrode and the outer electrode is between 0.1 and 0.5mm.
5. The inner and outer surfaces of the generating chamber are flat and smooth. (Flatness 5%, smooth) The welding parts are all welded using argon protection welding technology, and are smooth without bumps. After surface polishing and meticulous wire drawing, the processing equipment has a beautiful appearance
