Working Principle

 

The lab ozone generator ionizes oxygen to generate ozone through high-voltage electrodes, and the heat generated in the process is discharged by the circulating cooling medium. After the cooling water is pressurized by the water pump, it forms a closed loop through the stainless steel inner tube that runs through the water pipe to absorb the temperature of the discharge area. Among them, the stainless steel inner tube is designed for the liquid flow channel to access the water pipe, and the outer tube is made of quartz, forming an airway between the two. The cooling water flows through the machine body through the water cooling pipe and returns to the water tank, forming a closed-loop heat dissipation cycle. The nozzle atomization technology and the fan-assisted heat dissipation form a composite refrigeration effect, so that the core temperature of the equipment is stabilized below 45℃.
