The machine can be equipped with hoppers of various specifications for mixing operations. It is suitable for large and medium-sized pharmaceutical companies. A single machine can mix drugs of multiple varieties and batches according to process requirements, realizing multiple uses of one machine. Push the mixing hopper into the rotating arm and lock the nut, start the control system, and lift the hopper to the mixing height. The control system automatically mixes according to the set time, speed and other data. After the mixing operation is completed, the material is set in a horizontal position, the hopper automatically descends to the ground, the whole machine stops, and the process data is printed.
Working Principle
The machine consists of a base, a rotary body, a driving system, a lifting system, a braking system and a control system. When working, push the mixing hopper into the rotary body, press the "Confirm" button on the touch screen, and the mixing hopper can be automatically lifted into place and clamped automatically. After the pressure sensor receives the clamping signal, it drives the mixing system to work, and the mixing system mixes according to the set time and speed; after reaching the set parameters, the rotary body can automatically stop vertically, and the braking system works at the same time, and the mixing ends; then the lifting system works. The mixing hopper in the rotary body drops into place, stops automatically, and prints the process data, and the mixing hopper is pushed out to the next process.
