During the mixing process, there is no centrifugal force on the materials, no gravity segregation, stratification, or accumulation. The components can be mixed evenly under different weight ratios.
The three dimensional mixer has a high loading coefficient of 80% (only about 40% for ordinary mixers) and a short mixing time. It is an ideal product among various mixers.
The equipment has a compact structure and uses stepless speed regulation (frequency conversion or electromagnetic speed regulation) for transmission, which is very convenient to operate.
The barrel is circularly transitioned and precisely polished to meet GMP requirements.
Working principle
The mixing barrel is suspended at the ends of the main and driven shafts through two Y-type universal joints. The two universal joints are both cross-sectional and perpendicular to each other in space. When the driving shaft is dragged and rotated, the universal joint causes the barrel to perform compound movements such as translation, rotation, and tumbling in space over and over again. The material then performs a compound movement of axial, radial, and circumferential directions in the barrel. The various materials in the barrel flow, diffuse, and mix with each other, and finally become uniform.
