Product features
Double cone mixer machine transfers powdered or granular materials into double cone container by vacuum conveying or manual feeding. As the container rotates continuously, the materials undergo complex impact motion in the container to achieve uniform mixing. This machine saves energy, is easy to operate, has low labor intensity and high work efficiency.
Working Principle
The two asymmetric spirals in the double cone mixer barrel rotate to lift the material upward, and the rotating arm revolves slowly; the material outside the spiral enters the stud to varying degrees, thereby achieving continuous renewal and diffusion of the material in the entire circumference. The two streams of material lifted to the upper part merge into the central concave hole to form a downward material flow, which fills the gap at the bottom, thus forming a triple mixing effect of convection circulation; theoretically, the more stirring spirals, the better the mixing effect; the equipment generally uses a plum blossom-shaped "offset valve", which fits tightly with the bottom of the long spiral, effectively reducing the mixing dead angle, and the drive form is optional for manual and pneumatic; according to user needs, butterfly valves, ball valves, star dischargers, side discharges, etc. can also be installed.
Application
Suitable for materials with different specific gravity and large powder particles;
Suitable for ceramic glaze mixing process, which will not press or crush the material particles;
It will not overheat the heat-sensitive materials;
In the powder-powder mixing process, it is very convenient to add liquid required by the working conditions or set one or more spray nozzle devices;
The bottom offset valve is convenient for discharging, and since there is no fixing device at the bottom of the spiral, there will be no pressure feeding phenomenon.
