The machine can be developed and designed according to the different varieties, output and process of users, and the volumetric feeding and discharging methods and the shape of the guide plate can be independently developed to ensure that the user's use requirements are met.
Working principle
The one dimensional mixer adopts a horizontal drum structure, adjustable speed, and closed mixing. The material enters the mixing barrel from the feeding port. During mixing, the double-layer reverse spiral guide plate in the drum produces axial three-dimensional movement. The material falls and rotates in the flow barrel, and the spiral plate is evenly mixed. The material is pushed out of the discharge port along the spiral guide plate. The discharge port is quick and convenient, and the barrel is equipped with a cleaning port for easy cleaning. During operation, the mixing barrel moves in a circle along the central axis without occupying the height of the operating room.
