The trough mixer is a horizontal mixing and stirring equipment, mainly used for uniform mixing of powdered or pasty materials, and is commonly used in the fields of chemical, pharmaceutical, food and dry mortar production. It equipped with a horizontal trough-shaped single-paddle structure and a 360-degree flip mixing trough, supports automatic pouring and cleaning, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and strong dispersibility.
Structural features
Trough mixer is made entirely of 304 stainless steel, with a delicate appearance and meets GMP requirements. There are sealing devices at both ends of the stirring shaft to prevent material leakage. Driven by the reducer, the stirring shaft stirs the material evenly at 24r/min. When pouring the material, you can press the operation button to tilt the tank 90 degrees.
Application
This machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and scientific research units to mix different materials such as powder or paste evenly.
