Drying under vacuum allows moisture or solvent to be removed at a lower temperature. We focus on stable operation and even drying, especially for powders, granules, and heat-sensitive materials.
Working Principle
The Double Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer transfers heat through the jacket around the drying vessel. At the same time, the vacuum system reduces the pressure inside the chamber. As the vessel rotates slowly, the material is lifted and turned continuously. Moisture or solvent evaporates after heating and is removed through the vacuum line. The combined action of rotation and vacuum helps maintain a more even drying process.
