Our Belt Dryer is a continuous drying equipment specifically designed for large-scale mass production. It is primarily used for materials with good air permeability, such as flakes, strips, and granules. It is especially ideal for materials with high moisture content that are sensitive to temperature (e.g., dehydrated vegetables, catalysts, and Chinese herbal medicine slices). The equipment features fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and excellent product quality. For pasty or filter cake materials, we also support direct drying after a pre-granulation or extrusion process.

Our Belt Dryer is a continuous drying equipment specifically designed for large-scale mass production. It is primarily used for materials with good air permeability, such as flakes, strips, and granules. It is especially ideal for materials with high moisture content that are sensitive to temperature (e.g., dehydrated vegetables, catalysts, and Chinese herbal medicine slices). The equipment features fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and excellent product quality. For pasty or filter cake materials, we also support direct drying after a pre-granulation or extrusion process.
Working Principle
The material is evenly distributed on a stainless-steel mesh belt (typically 12-60 mesh) driven by a transmission device. The dryer consists of multiple independent units inside the chamber, with hot air circulating independently in each section. The hot air flows either upwards or downwards through the material layer, completing heat and mass transfer while carrying away moisture. The running speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted via frequency conversion based on process requirements. The dried product continuously falls into the discharge collector. Most of the hot air is recycled internally to save energy, while a small portion of high-humidity exhaust air is discharged through an exhaust fan and regulating valve.

Structural Types
To meet various process requirements, we offer multiple structural options:
Single-stage Belt Dryer: The chamber is divided into several independent units, allowing separate control of operating parameters for each section to optimize performance.
Multi-stage Belt Dryer: Composed of several single-stage dryers connected in series (e.g., initial, middle, and final drying stages). This multi-stage combination ensures more uniform drying and is suitable for high-moisture materials.
Multi-layer Belt Dryer: Features directional hot air flow through layer partitions. It occupies less floor space and is suitable for materials requiring longer drying times and stable process conditions.
Impact Belt Dryer: Specially designed for fabrics, tobacco leaves, surface coatings of base materials, and other thin-sheet materials.

Precautions & Safety
To ensure efficient operation and prolong the service life of the equipment, please observe the following:
Pre-operation Check: Always verify that the power connections of all fans are secure and the fan rotation direction is correct. Check if the frequency conversion system's settings and speed adjustments meet the specified requirements.
Belt Operation Monitoring: Ensure the mesh belt runs in the correct direction and operates smoothly. Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited to prevent belt jamming or jumping.
Heating System Operation: If using steam heating, open the main steam pipe drain valve to remove condensate before introducing steam. Open the bypass valve to flush out rust and impurities in the pipeline, then close it to allow the steam trap to function normally.
Electrical Safety: The control panel must be reliably grounded. After powering on, check whether the temperature controller, pulse dust collector, and other electrical components are operating normally.
