Ozone Sterilizer Cabinet

 

I usually recommend an ozone sterilization cabinet when the customer needs a relatively simple way to sterilize or disinfect equipment, tools, packaging materials, clothing, and other items without using high-temperature treatment.

Our ozone sterilizer cabinet uses ozone as the sterilizing medium. Ozone is circulated inside the closed chamber and reaches the exposed surfaces of the materials. For pharmaceutical, laboratory, and production environments, the cabinet can be designed according to the material, chamber size, sterilization requirements, and operating process.

 

 

The working process is quite straightforward.

After the materials are placed inside the ozone sterilization cabinet, the door is closed and the ozone generator starts working. The circulation system helps distribute ozone through the chamber so that it can contact different surfaces of the load.

After the required treatment time, ozone generation stops and the residual ozone is removed through the exhaust or ozone destruction system. The cabinet can then be opened after the ozone concentration has reached a safe level.

For me, the most important point is not simply generating ozone. The whole process needs to be controlled properly, especially ozone concentration, treatment time, circulation and residual ozone removal.

Compared with ordinary storage cabinets, an industrial ozone sterilizer needs more attention to sealing, circulation and safety. These are details I normally discuss with customers before confirming the equipment configuration.

 

 

For applications involving pharmaceutical production and laboratory use, I normally recommend stainless steel for the working chamber.

The internal chamber can be manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, while SUS316L can be considered when the process has higher requirements for corrosion resistance or cleanliness.

The shelves can be removable or adjustable, which makes it easier to arrange different sizes of materials inside the ozone sterilization chamber.

The cabinet can also be configured with a control panel, ozone generator, circulation fan, ozone concentration monitoring and ozone destruction unit according to the actual process.

The actual parameters should be selected according to the material, loading quantity, required ozone concentration, sterilization time and installation conditions. I prefer confirming these points first rather than giving customers a fixed configuration that may not suit their process.
