In pharmaceutical, food and chemical production, powder and granule materials often need to be transferred from one machine to another. Manual feeding can be slow and may create dust.
Our Vacuum Feeder uses negative pressure to move powders or granules through a closed conveying pipe and feed them into the required equipment. It helps reduce manual handling and keeps the feeding process cleaner.

Working Principle
After the vacuum pump starts, negative pressure is created inside the system.
The material is drawn through the suction pipe and enters the vacuum hopper. The material then separates from the conveying air and falls into the hopper, while the filter keeps most of the powder inside the system.
When the set material level is reached, the system stops feeding and starts the discharge cycle. The filter can be cleaned by reverse air flow before the next feeding cycle.
The whole process can be controlled automatically according to the production requirements.
