Product Overview
Our V Blender is mainly used for mixing dry powders and free-flowing granules. The machine gets its name from the V-shaped mixing chamber, which is simple in appearance but works very well for many powder mixing applications.
At Nanjing Menbo Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., I usually recommend this V Type Mixer when the material needs gentle mixing and should not be crushed too much during the process. It is commonly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other powder-processing industries.
How the V Blender Works
The working principle of the V Powder Mixer is actually quite straightforward.
After the materials enter the V-shaped chamber, the vessel rotates slowly around the horizontal shaft. During rotation, the powder moves toward both sides of the V chamber and then falls back toward the center.
This repeated splitting, tumbling and recombining gradually distributes the different materials throughout the batch.
Because there is no conventional mixing paddle inside the chamber, the V Blender provides relatively gentle mixing with less impact on fragile granules.
Simple Structure
The structure of this V Cone Blender is not complicated. The main parts include the V-shaped mixing vessel, transmission system, motor, frame, feeding port and discharge valve.
The inside of the vessel can be manufactured from stainless steel according to the material and hygiene requirements. For pharmaceutical applications, SS304 or SS316L contact parts are commonly selected.
I personally prefer this type of structure for powder applications because there are fewer internal parts to clean and maintain.

For powders that tend to form small lumps, an optional intensifier bar can be added. This helps break up agglomerates and improve the mixing result.

If your material has good flowability, your batch size is clear, and you want a mixer that is relatively easy to clean and maintain, a V Cone Blender can be a very practical choice.
For customers who are unsure about the model, I normally suggest providing the material name, bulk density, particle size, required batch weight and expected production capacity first. These details are much more useful for equipment selection than simply choosing a mixer by volume.
