Construction & Material
A typical Two-Dimensional Mixer consists of the rotating drum, swing frame, support rollers, transmission system and main frame.
For pharmaceutical applications, SS304 stainless steel is commonly selected for product-contact parts. If the material or production requirements are higher, SS316L can also be considered.
Surface finishing, discharge valve, feeding inlet and other details can be discussed according to the actual process. I normally suggest customers confirm these points before choosing the final machine model.
