Hot Air Circulation Trolley Oven

The trolley oven is one of our standard configurations for batch processing where materials or workpieces are loaded onto a cart and moved in and out as a single unit. This trolley drying oven approach reduces repeated handling and keeps the production rhythm predictable. Chamber, trolley, air duct, and control system are matched and tested at our factory before delivery.

Heating elements generate heat at the sides or bottom of the chamber. A blower moves the hot air through ducts and returns it into the workspace. The air passes through the loaded trolley, absorbs moisture from the material surface, and a portion of the humid air is discharged through the exhaust. Temperature is regulated by a thermocouple sensor and electronic control system, allowing the target temperature to be selected anywhere between room temperature and the upper limit and held automatically. The purpose of this hot air circulation trolley oven design is not maximum air velocity, but a temperature environment that remains predictable across the batch.

The main assembly includes the chamber, load trolley, heating system, air duct and blower, and control system. Chamber walls are selected according to the working condition, with insulation to reduce heat loss. The trolley can be equipped with rails or a drive unit; motorized versions move in and out automatically after the switch is triggered. Heaters and air ducts sit on both sides of the workspace, while the blower is positioned at the top or rear to create a mechanical convection loop. Controls are grouped for daily operation and parameter reading. Structurally, it is a chamber oven with trolley-based loading, not a line-level system that requires extensive integration.

For our standard range, supply voltage is 380V. Heating power runs from 18kW to 75kW. The temperature control range is room temperature to 200°C, with the upper limit extendable on request. Temperature fluctuation is ≤±1°C, and temperature uniformity is within ±2.5%. Blower power is matched to chamber volume, and studio sizes range from 1000×1200×1500mm to 1800×3000×2000mm. Trolley load capacity, rail type, and heating method (electric, steam, or hot air furnace) can be adjusted to material density and batch weight. These parameters define the basic selection envelope of an industrial trolley oven; final configuration is confirmed through material trials or working-condition review.

The equipment is used for batch drying, curing, aging, preheating, and low-temperature heat treatment in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metal parts, and electronics production. In pharmaceutical and food applications, it can be aligned with GMP cleanliness requirements, with a removable trolley for cleaning and accessible chamber surfaces for routine maintenance. For metal workpieces, it covers the mid-low temperature range of tempering, aging, and stress relief. For heavy or awkward items such as transformer cores, coils, and electrical cabinet components, the trolley drying oven offers a more direct loading method than tray-based ovens.
