Forced Convection Oven

 

Our forced convection oven, also known as hot air circulating drying oven, adopts forced hot air circulation design to achieve even temperature distribution inside the working chamber.

Constructed with high-quality stainless steel inner tank and insulated outer shell, the equipment features precise digital temperature control, low energy consumption and stable running performance.

 

 

This oven adopts forced hot air circulation as the core heating mode.The heating tubes heat the circulating air, and the circulating fan pushes hot air to flow evenly through the internal air ducts. The hot air fully contacts materials and takes away moisture via heat exchange.After heat exchange, the cooled air flows back to the heating area and is reheated for repeated circulation. Moist air inside the chamber is discharged through adjustable moisture exhaust outlets, while fresh air enters to speed up drying.Equipped with a PID temperature control system, it automatically adjusts heating power to keep a constant temperature with tiny temperature difference inside the working chamber.

3.Intelligent temperature control: PID digital thermostat with timing function, adjustable heating range from room temperature to 300℃ (custom higher temperature optional).

4.Energy-saving structure: Thickened high-density thermal insulation layer reduces heat loss, cuts power consumption effectively.

5.Safe design: Over-temperature alarm, power-off protection, door sealing silicone strips to prevent hot air leakage; explosion-proof structure optional for flammable materials processing.

6.Flexible customization: Single-door / double-door design, trolley trays, vertical/horizontal air circulation modes, various chamber volumes for different production capacity demands.
