Double‑cone tank rotates slowly and tumbles materials continuously.
Vacuum system removes moisture and solvent vapor.
Materials dry under negative pressure at low temperature to prevent oxidation.
Condenser can be added for solvent recovery.
Main Structure
GMP compliant rotocone vacuum dryer consists of double‑cone tank, heating jacket, support frame, sealing assembly and control box.304 or 316L stainless steel tank with polished inner surface, no dead corners.
Double‑layer mechanical seal keeps stable vacuum inside chamber.
Separate ports for feeding and discharging for easy operation.
Low‑noise transmission assembly for stable running.Compact layout for convenient cleaning.
