The hot air is acted by the fan and performs strong convection along the air duct, forcing the temperature in the box to be uniform.

The stainless steel electric heating element has fast heating and long service life and can reach a higher working temperature.
The inlet and outlet of the clean drum oven and the side of the inner tank are equipped with high-temperature and high-efficiency filters. Under the action of the fan, the hot air in the oven can be quickly cleaned to Class 100.
The clean drum oven adopts the convection method of top air supply and two-side return air, and the general-purpose drum oven adopts the convection method of two-side air supply and middle return air.
Application
This clean plug sterilization oven is mainly used for drying, sterilization and siliconization of rubber plugs and aluminum caps in the production of antibiotics and large infusions in the pharmaceutical industry. It can also be used for fast, clean and uniform drying and sterilization of other small parts.
