1 Operating Procedures

2 Pay attention to observation

3 Temperature control
Prevent the belt dryer from operating at excessively high or low temperatures. During the drying process, pay attention to the temperature of the hot blast stove and the dryer cylinder to ensure that the material is always within a reasonable temperature range, preventing energy waste due to excessively high temperatures or uneven drying due to excessively low temperatures. In addition, attention should also be paid to the heating of the motor and transmission components to prevent potential safety hazards caused by excessive temperature rise.
