To ensure optimal performance and operator safety, please strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

Safety First: Always install safety guarding fences around the effective operating range of the mixing barrel. Never stand in front of the barrel during operation, and ensure the machine is completely powered off during loading and unloading.

Loading Limits: Do not exceed the maximum loading coefficient (typically 80%-90% of the total volume). Overloading will compromise mixing uniformity and may damage the drive system.

Pre-operation Check: Before starting, manually rotate the barrel to ensure smooth movement without jamming. Verify that all fasteners are tight and the lubrication system is adequately supplied.

Speed Control: Always start the machine at a low speed and gradually increase to the desired operating RPM. Never exceed the maximum rated speed.

Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the transmission system. Replace the reducer oil after the first month of operation, and subsequently every six months. Periodically apply grease to the bearings and universal joints to maintain peak mechanical condition.
